I have spent my 12 year career practicing in multiple different practice environments.  Working in multi-specialty ophthalmology groups to private practice I have managed million dollar divisions and private practices ranked in the upper 1% of the country.

I have taught thousands of doctors and their staff valuable practice management skills on leadership, strategy development, marketing and personnel as well as clinical practice issues.  Technology selection, acquisition, integration, and implementation are a natural continuum of practice consulting.
